Description:
Esasil® 301P is a high-performance powdered siloxane water repellent designed for mineral-based construction systems. It is specifically engineered to provide long-lasting hydrophobic protection when incorporated into dry blends such as mortars, lime-based products, cement mixes, and ready-mixed plasters.
The product offers 50% active content, excellent dispersibility, and high resistance to alkaline environments (up to pH 9), making it suitable for fresh concrete and other high-alkalinity substrates. Once applied, it reacts with atmospheric moisture to build a breathable, non-film-forming hydrophobic barrier, preventing water absorption while preserving vapor permeability.
