Tixosil 38 is a micronised silica powder with anticaking function. It's also a white milled powder that has an high absorption capacity which helps processing of powders making them easier to manipulate, transport and use. This type of products are used as a support for acids, pigments and aromas. They are designed to transform naturally liquid products into free-flowing powders, to absorb excess fat and for their function as an anti-caking agent in milk replacement powders.
