Description
Granular Soy Lecithin is a pure, natural phospholipid complex derived exclusively from non-GMO soybeans, supplied in a free-flowing granular form. With a high fat content of 91g per 100g — including a significant proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (27g) and linoleic acid (23g) — this lecithin offers excellent emulsifying and nutritional properties. The product meets strict chemical, physical, and microbiological standards, making it suitable for a wide range of food, nutraceutical, and industrial applications. It is gluten-free and has not been subjected to any ionizing radiation treatment.
The only declared allergen is soy and its derivatives, in full compliance with Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011.
